Drawing review
Tolerances, material, heat treatment and hardchrome requirements are locked with you before metal is cut.

Process planning
Turning, VMC, milling and grinding sequences are planned to protect datum integrity.

Machining
CNC, VMC and conventional machines run under experienced setters with in-process checks.

Inspection
Final verification against drawing, then packing and documented dispatch.
